9 Lives to Die

9 Lives to Die is a small action platformer with rogue-lite elements. You'll need to roll the dice (the theme of the jam) to obtain abilities that will assist you through the dungeon. Making use of your trusty sword, run and jump your way through the gloomy caverns.

• Overhauled player movement
• Proper pathfinding for enemy units

• Some first pass audio additions
• Lives are lost without resetting location (with placeholder damaged state)
• Player sent back to previous safe location upon hitting spikes
• Spells are rolled randomly after use rather than respawn
